Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

Hello, can you please tell me how to change the Revolution Slider in Joomla template AS002048 to only one (1) column, instead of three (3) columns?
In the settings, each slide measures so that the width will make room for 3 separate slides.
I want only 1 slide to span across the entire area of the grid. How to I change the width so that this can happen? Thanks much.

Sorry, not quite understand your question, the revolution slider in our demo preview has one column only, it is not divided to three columns.

In the AS002048 template, you have a Position 21, which shows on the home page, and contains Welcome to Us, in the middle, an image named home_3.jpg on the right, and 6 toggle items on the left. I do not want this content, however, I cannot find it anywhere under Articles or Modules, and there is nothing in the Modules that has a Position 21. Can you please tell me where this is located so I can unpublish it so it does not show up on the home page? The URL of the site is http://playgolfindoors.com and please scroll down the home page and you will see what I am referring to. I want to unpublish this please. Thanks for your help.
