We found the problem with email blocking, you have installed an Email Cloaking Plugin, it is used to prevent email addresses from being harvested by spammers, but sometimes it causes problems, like:
'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.'
To disable the Email Cloaking Plugin you have to put the following before your email address: {emailcloak=off}
For example:
<a href="mailto:{emailcloak=off}email@yourcompanyname.com" >
We made all nessesray changes, it should work now for you.

In connection with Excalibur's questions about AS 002033 for IE8 I will make you aware that there are also problems displaying AS 002032 correctly. I discovered that the Main Menu was moved beneath the logo just above the slider. I upgraded to IE9 and the problem was solved.
This is just an information to you as many probably are still using IE8. I have not observed any problems in Firefox.

I know that you don't provide support for third extensions, but I have a problem with the visualization of an Help Desk extension and I think that is by the template structure.
For example: the images has a background blue like the style, and the ubication of the checkbox in the form are in disorder.
I searched in the css but the problem not is of extension.

You are right that is not an extension's problem, but also not template's problem, the template doesn't have css for your extension, sorry but we not able to write css for all extensions/modules.
I would like to set Header Row 6 & 7 background transparent, but it doesn't work in the template.css with {background-color: transparent;}
Do you have any solution?
