I bought a licence for template 002036 over a year ago and have been using it on my professional website. It was looking great, but now without doing anything it seems that the template disappear from the front end. In the back end, this template is still chosen as default. By reading the Terms of Use, it says that we still can use the template even after the license is expired. Is the license been expired explained the non-functionality of the template?

The template cannot disappear by self, probably some files were deleted.
Hi - can you please tell me which PHP version this template is compatible with - 5.5 or 5.6? I want to update my joomla etc if possible. Sorry if this info is somewhere I couldn't find it.

I'm trying this template (002036), but the menù buttons of the AS menù are not as big as in the demo, I mean they look as long as in the demo site but the height is about a third, even increasing the font size of the button text. How can I have bigger buttons (as in the demo)?

Our suggestion is to install the template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

I have troubles install the quickinstall template like you told me.
I have this fatal error:
Fatal error: Cannot use Joomla\String\String as String because 'String' is a special class name in C:\xampp\apps\joomla\htdocs\psico\libraries\vendor\joomla\registry\src\Format\Json.php on line 12
I have the joomla 3.6.2 , and the PHP V7. Whast is the problema?
