I would like some support in getting the quickstart template I paid for installed to my hosting site. The hosting site I am using is godaddy.com and they have told me that everything there has been done correctly as far as the file getting uploaded. It is when I go to do the joomla install from the browser that I am not succeeding. The template that I have bought from astemplates.com is as002037. What is happening is I complete the main configuration page and click on next, then I am sent to the data base setup page, I fill it out and when I click on next it gives me an error message that tells me it did not complete that step. I need your help with this problem please.

Just checked your site, it looks like you have managed to install it using quick-start package, what was the problem?
The template is not showing up and I want some thing that I can customize myself, If this is not something I can do with template I would like a refund of my purchase!

It seems you deleted it, our suggestion is to reinstall it using quick-start package.
I did as you instructed and reinstalled the quick-start package, after which the administrator panel for joomla was able to be accessed, once I loged-in I tried to veiw the site, all that came up for my site was a blank page with a title in the tab for the browser as maintenance. I was not able to make the customized changes to the site using my administrator control panel in joomla that I want to make and as of now I want to cancel my purchase. Please tell me what I need to do to get my money back.

This template has a problem with the proper identification of such SEO portals e.g. www.alexa.com Subject, Description, Keywords

You can do it in the tmpl.default.css file, but us you understand you will need to change as well fonts and probably other elements.

Four objects of the quickstart are made with the Newsflash (Advanced) plugin, but is it possible to give all four objects the same Height?
I appears the objects does not have a separate span so I do not know where to add a 'height' property in the css.
