Joomla! Template 002063 - Item Support

I have replaced the PEOPLE ARE TALKING Custom HTML module with RS Monials (testimonials) module.
After that the testimonial is showing at a wrong place.

How to show the testimonial at the correct position.
Hello RAUNHAR,
We think you have not defined bootstrap size under the module advanced parameters tab, try to change it to 4 columns.

Regards, AS Team.
One more problem:
On position 6, I need just three columns.
when I disable the fourth, it leaves a white space, and the rest three are not justified.
Hello RAUNHAR,
The same like in your previous post, you have to change the bootstrap column size for each of your module, in your case for 3 columns the size should be 4.

Hello Team, I deleted the line you mentioned and now it works!
Thanks a lot for your support - greatly appreciated.

Most problems solved.
But one is not sorting out.
I have added a custom html at position 11.
It has been assigned to a few pages and the link Contact Us is one of them.
This page is linked to a fabrik form.
The module is not showing at this page, although it has been assigned to show.
Hello RAUNHAR,
The sidebars will not work if you have any forms like the Contact Us page,
In this case our suggestion is to use main column content positions: 20-25.

On the template, AS Slider is not working properly on the internal pages. Instead of the images, a revolving circle shows.
It has been showing for the last hour or so.
For eg.

Hello RAUNHAR,
Just released a new patch for fixing this problem, the problem occurs in the latest Joomla version 3.3.4, the patch you can download from here: http://astemplates.com/patches/_item.zip

Unzip the package and upload the _item.php file in 'modules/mod_as_artslider/tmpl' folder on your server.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have to order the home page slider (ASSlider module) images.
I tried arranging them by creation date, but still they display the default.
I want the image with text: WE WILL to the firs image.
how can it be done.
Hello RAUNHAR,
The ordering is showing slider from the latest to oldest creation date, in your case you have to change the created date in your article, the parameter you can find under the article Publishing Options.

Hello, AS Team!
I have purchased the extended license to this template some time ago. Now I wanted to use it on another Joomla page, so I downloaded the files on the My account - purchased items -page. When i tried to add it to the Joomla page in question it did not work, Joomla couldn't find a
Can you tell me what went wrong? What part of the package should be loaded to Joomla template manager, as the zip contains four files? Without unzipping it did not work.

Regards, Susanna, so far a very happy customer
Hi, taking back the comment I sent a few minutes ago, problem solved :)
Now I do have a new problem though: In the main menu it now says "menu" in front of the actual menu items: how do I get rid of the word menu?

Hello SUSANNA,
Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? What is your site url please?

Regards, AS Team.
Hello,
I installed the template-package. I don't want the example articles and pictures.

Susanna
Hello SUSANNA,
You can always delete all these pictures and articles, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

creation of folders, deletion and upload of images fails when using media manager. Can you assist.
Hello ASETOYUDAH,
What error message are you receiving during uploading/editing files using the manager?

Regards, AS Team.
Hello, I would like to change the white background template. I would like to use your own graphics instead of white background. It seems to me that this can be done in one of the css files but very please have any clues. thanks and best regards
Hello LASTSOBER,
It is not necessary to make any changes in the template css files, you just have to create your own css and put it in the style.custom.css file.
