I have the latest version of the free template. But this template does not show the contact form in contacts. Information and additional information sliders is displayed. But not the slider with form. With another template everything is OK. Where could be the problem?

Our suggestion is to install this template on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation.
I have changed the mod_news_pro_gk4 title and assigned my own articles to it.(that is, I have changed the demo content.) However the URL suffix still shows as www.mysite/ariel-priston.
Any ideas what I`m doing wrong? I have set in Global config URL rewriting to YES and all other URL suffixes on my site show correctly
