There is now such option in the template parameters, as well you can't change it in the Joomla admin panel. In your case you have edit the index.php file, look for the following under id 'companyname':
I want to make a logo between 250px by 250 and 300px by 300. Problem is that at this size the logo moves down and covers the search bar. What do i need to search for in the CSS to move the logo up and have it fit nicely in the black space.

As we understand you have to change it on the pages where is the slider enabled, if so, you have to edit slider.css file, please look for the following classes and change the width:

Problem fixed. forgot to close a <div> in one of the other positions in HOME main page which caused the lower menus to scale.

i am Using the extended Version of this Template but i cant get rid of the bg.companyname.png Image.
Inside the Admin menue i am clearing the filename and path but everytime i am Saving the File is still there ..........
renaming the bg.companyname.png will solve the Problems but i think there should any other way work too??
