Installed using Extension manager. Says it installed properly. But yet whenever I publish i get the following error.

Had the same issue with AS Accordion Menu and it was fixed and had to downloas a new version.

I no longer get the error but now after adding pictures, I only see a black background. Pictures do not show.

Downloaded again. Reinstalled. Still get the same thing. Here is what I am seeing.
