Dear, Yesterday we orderd a template from your website. This is: http://www.astemplates.com/content/asj26/index.php
We installed him exactly like u told us to do in the manual. The only problem is that the files (pictures), which we uploaded seperatly on the ftp won't be showed on our website www.rafaelderksen.be.

I could receive the packet quickstart installation package for Gemini.
I have one problem at the moment that you may be able to help withI have created a menu drop down, but the bottom part of the menu is going behind the items and not on top
any idea on how to fix this

The download files include a quickstart package for this package. Please download it then you may replace the dummy data with yours. As for the look of your site, it is that way since there is no image slider currently installed/published on your site. The extensions used in the demo site have been included with the template download files.
Hi, the quickstart package (gemini_quickstart) is already installed on the server. Where can I find all the extensions used in this demo? And how can I add them to a particular site, for example if I want to add the slider to the first page? How can I install them?

Hello MESE467, That is easy.Since you have this quickstart installed,then to back end,you will replicate the details of every extension just as it is.That is to say,open the particular extension from the back end and copy.For the extensions,you can download them by just googling the name of the extension.it is easy.
Could we please get some help in getting the site to look like the demo-site, atleast? Or have we just paid for nothing?

Hello MESE467, Sorry for that some how long delay.If it is the quickstart you are downloading,then trust me you will get everything therein.Download the quickstart,install it on your localhost server(not as a template but quickstart.Hope you know the difference. just saying).You will find everything here.Then just replace the content.Otherwise, nice time and you find any problems,shoot.
