padding-bottom: 25px;
padding-top: 25px;
border-right: 1px solid #aaaaaa;
}

I am rebuilding my web site from scratch not using the quickstart package. When creating a new module, i see that i don't have the Ot Testimonial Module.

By that you mean the white background? If so, open the admin section of the template > options > modules then scroll down to "bottom-b" and then for "style," choose "blank."
