From the admin section open Extensions > Templates > styles > ecotech. Once open, click on options > settings > customizer. A screen to edit various website elements opens. Click on "Advanced mode" and scroll down to Base. Click on the "more" to expand the options. Scroll down till you reach "headings colour" and enter the colour of your choice. Save.
NOTE: Kindly note that these settings are for the newer version of the template i.e. Warp 7. If you still have Warp 6, then changing the heading colour can be done manually by editing the relevant code line in base.css. From the purchase information, I noticed that you are running Joomla2.5 thus a migration might be required.
