I purchased this template and now I need help with the settings of the AS ArtSlider. I placed the Slider on a specific template position. Now the pulldown-menu items of the main-menu are not more visible.
Please help me.

What is your site url please? We need to see this issue, have you installed it using quick-start installation package?
I made a mistaking in linking the template to the domain name.

Not a problem, we fixed it for you. We checked your site, our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Hello As Team, i try since many hours to install the quickstart package but i got every time this error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, service@webmailer.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The quick-start package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, in your case we can't help you with the error message, it is related to the server settings, you have to check your server logs, or you can contact your hosting provider.
Hello, i load all the Quickstart files on a folder on my webspace und tried to install from directory, i got a Message that the file installation was successful, but if i go to the templates the as2046 template is missing :(
