How to install? I tried to install the Quickstart Package under Jommla 2.5, because there is no Package for Joomla 3.x. I cant install it. First there are no sample data nd 2. when i am ready with install configuration i get the following notice:
"Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 26738688) (tried to allocate 9079 bytes) in /homepages/2/d122080810/htdocs/Eisenwarengrosshandel/libraries/gantry/core/utilities/gantrylesscompiler.class.php on line 121"
Please help.

Sorry for the delays, send us your details and we will do the installation for you...choose the package to be installed i.e either j2.5.x or j.3.x.
Send us your hosting details or the host name,database name and username for the installation. After installation we will also hand you the 3.0x version and we are very sorry for the miss.

Before that, lets customize the installation for you. The provided details are working but we are having problems with the login to your hosting account...i.e the username seems to be inaccurate. Since you did forward the username, database and hosting name..you could give us the domain that points to the uploaded joomla files and we would take it from there.

no, the login is correct but i changed the password. i dont want to use this template any more. for me it is not satisfying that i have to wait 2 days for an answer of my problem.

We are having many problems with your Interior template for Joomla 2.5, both in the installation process and setting it up.
We are trying to install the Quickstart version of your template, the one that includes a complete joomla installation. The first problem was that we can't enter the site's administration using the password that we are asked for during the installation process, so we have to go to phpMyAdmin and reset the password, but, once we are able to enter the administration, the site doesn't work at all. We have also updated all the components and plugins, trying to solve the problem, but it's still not working.
Any idea on what is happening here? we need to have a joomla installation with all your sample data in order to fully understand how the template works.

I just tried to install "Interior" template on my local server.
I unzipped the downloaded file and installed the /Interior 2.5.x/Template/interior.zip file in Joomla 2.5.10. Installation was successful.
When I went back to the Template manager I only found one new template called "Gantry".
When I click on Gantry the window doesn't show any parameter setting.
When I select Gantry as the Default template my default page is blank.
In the /Interior 2.5.x/Template folder I only find one file called interior.zip.
Also, there is no J3.x version, only 2.5 in the package
Since this problem is rather urgent I'd appreciate receiving a quick reply.

Following the problem I mentioned in my former message a few minutes ago, I decided to try the quickstart installation, again on my local server.
All the install went on smoothly but, when I tried to connect to the admin panel I got the following message :
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
Since I am confident the password was accurate, I suspect something else as a possible "account" issue of which I know nothing.
