I have purchased this template and would like to create a button that looks like your "Read More" (the orange ribbon). I cannot find the code so I can copy this design and I don't see any area for buttons and icons for use on the site.
Can you send me the code or tell me where I can locate it inside the template so I can use for more than just "Read More".

i have used the quickstart to install the template. My site is m2concepts.org. I want to put a button under the careers menu option to link to an application I created. I want the button to have the same formatting as the read more button that looks like a ribbon. Thanks

Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info: http://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-documentation/192-002052
How can I upgrade the template. If I choose Install in joomla I get the following messages:

You have first uninstall the old version and then install a new, or you can upload all template files on your server via FTP.
In any case please do not forget about backups.

Our suggestion is to put any changes in the style.custom.css file, it will never updated by the template.
For checking the issue with broken links we need an access to your Joomla admin panel, the access info please put in the Special info area under your Purchased items section of your AS account.
I create an User for you so you can check the Links. But I thought, this URLs would be called be the quick installation to. The URLs are in the source but the referenced files are not in the system.

The username and password you provided to us not working, can you please check?
and their you have links to files that doesn't exist. You only have to see this files and check the links:
- bg.bnt.hover.png (not exist)
- ico.search.png (not exist, but perhaps you like to link to: search-icon.png)
- css/media.767.css (not exist, but perhaps: media768.css)
Thats not a problem of my page. Thats a problem of your installation files....

Thank you very much for the upgrade instruction. It works fine.
But I have to realize, that I changed some css files for my site. So I had to costomize them again.
I check now my site with ForeCheck an find some broken Links:
style.gerneral.css -> http://www.vegisto.eu/templates/as002052/images/bg.bnt.hover.png (?)
tmp.default.css -> http://www.vegisto.eu/templates/as002052/images/ico.search.png (perhaps: search-icon.png)
component.php -> http://www.vegisto.eu/templates/as002052/css/media.767.css (perhaps: media768.css)
Any suggestions for me?

OK... set the password again. Check login... Now it works.
Sorry about that.
But of course, you have to look to your files:
