There is the link "Here you can find more of my air pictures" which I would like to lead directly to the category "Luftaufnahmen" in the Gallery. Now I can set it only to lead to the whole gallery.

You can do it by creating a new gallery menu item which will point only on one category.
i have purchased this template and encountered an error in responsive displays of it's menus.
I have two menus per page visible (they are placed on the right side, similar to the front side of your demo page).
While width of the page gets so small, that menu changes to a dropdown, i get a dropdown for every menu item (on both menus).
Menu items of dropdown are weird as well. First dropdown contains all menu items, every next item has n-times as meni entries (3rd item contains all menu items three times etc ... ). I can send you screen shots etc. if needed.
This only occures if i have more than one menu visible per page. If only one menu is visible it behaves ok. Can you please fix this ?
website is now published and you can see the issue on any page with menus (like http://melina.si/slavja) if you resize your browser, so menus get shown as dropdowns

Under the menu Advanced Options tab, for each menu, you have to set unique menu ID number.
Page now shows two menus. First menu still shows menu items for both menus, while the other only shows its own items.
Two solutions are possible:
1) Is there a way to only show the one menu with all items ?
2) Is there a way to show only menu items that belong to each menu (in this case both menu would be shown) ?

I would like to know more about AS Designing Templates Club. before I bought 002062 - JOOMLA! 3 BOOTSTRAPPED TEMPLATE and with that i made the site www.giampaoloaddari.com In this site as recent works i am using event gallery but i want to use phoca gallery though with phoca gallery i have created the menu gallery.So how can i use phoca gallery in the place of recent works with different looks.
besides i want some more information about AS Designing Templates Club as i will need few more templates in near future.

There is not such option, it should be developed.
I have used it and able to change a lot of them but still unable to change that of the menu items in the front page. Also, how do I change the front page images.
I have changed tise ones in /studio/images/phocagallery/thumbs but not reflecting

Sorry, we can't help you much with phoca gallery, because it is not our product, in this template we are using it in position 31 only, for configuration settings please see the following page:

The colors you can change by editing css files, You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Mozilla or Opera Fireblug plugin:
