Hello CGONZAL1,
It can be changed by editing css files only. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firebug plugin: https://getfirebug.com/
Hi,
I've purchased your template 002062 and I've found a "bug" with the AS ArtSlider. The slider is working well on my homepage as far as I watch the site on my desktop pc. On my smartphone the pictures of the slider are cutted on the left and the right side.
The demo of the slider on http://www.astemplates.com/itempreview/165 is working fine on my smartphone, but the demo of this template (http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002062/index.php/home-style-1/home-style-2) have the same issues as on my site. The pictures of the slider are cutted, and there is no border on the right side.
The slider should be responsive, so what is the problem with this template?
Any hints would be more than appreciated.
Best Regards
mab

Hello MABONLINE,
There is no any bug, the slider is designed to be responsive to the image height, the width can be catted.
I don't believe that. A responsive slider designed for the image height? To be responsive means e.g. to make any picture correctly visible on smartphones and tablets. It's not a problem of the height....
And what about the borders?
Have a look at this one: https://crosstec.org/templatedemos14/
That one is responsive.
I'm disappointed.
I just bought the 002062 template, but after copying everything in the quickstart package to my server (one.com) I can not access the site for installation. My homepage says "Site not responding". Everything seems okay, and I am very familiar with Joomla and installation.
Have you heard of this before? (the free version installs okay).
Instead I can install everything manually. It works, but my problem is to get the same look as the demo template, I am thinking of, for example, your css classes. I can not find any documentation where I can see this? Any help will be appreciated

Hello STEPHANR,
You have to check this issue with your hosting provider, probably you have some misconfiguration on your server, please check your server logs. What PHP version do you have?
Did you try to install default Joomla package from joomla.org website?
Can you try to install the quick-start package to another server, try to use another hosting provider.
Hello again
Thanks for the very quick respond. I do not know why, but I have totally overlooked the problem with the php version. One.com uses the php 7.0 as a standard, but for now, I have changed the php on my site to php 5.6, and everything works fine. I'm sorry for your time.
Thanks for the very fine template. Please close the thread!

Hello, I´ve bought this Template. My site doesn´t work on Apple (Safari Browser). On all Andrid Systems and Microsoft all is working. I´ll think the URL forwarding doesn´t work from http://www.oscar-friseur.at to http://www.oscar-friseur.at/index.php/en/
Why?
Thank´s for your answer

Hello ELCH3535,
The issue can be checked by preview your server logs, sorry, we can't help you in this case, the issue is not related to the template.
I downloaded the free version to check it out before considering buying the paid version, I installed with the sample content and expected to see a replica of the demo URL you provide above but it looks very much different.
For starters the menu is at the top, not the left side and there are many links missing there is no gallery (even though the module was provided), all the modules and plugins provided are installed and I see some articles set up for some pages like the terms of service and some featured stuff like glamour, but no links to them anywhere within the site.
It is meant to be like this all broken and not fully like the demo, or did something get messed up during install?
Hello! Could you please help me to solve this problem?
