I hope this message finds you well. I downloaded this template and anytime I make the slightest change to the template such as change font...the layout tab is completely empty which causes my site to no longer display. Please advise. Thank you for your assistance.

We have selected a different icon in the "promo content" custom HTML module (precisely icon-male), but it doesn't seem to show correctly, can you please let us know how can we change default icons in this module?
On the other hand, can you inform how to change the URL the logo is linked to?

Thanks for purchased our product!
It's just Custom HTML module and you just disable Editor via Global Configuration, then open module at position 'promo' and you can see full code for that module. That's font use Font Awesome, you can see all font icons that template support via http://demo.ltheme.com/joomla/lt-pro-business/features/key-features/font-awesome.html. Just select icon in above link and replace with existing font icons in Custom HTML module you want, using 'icon-xxx'. ('xxx' is icon name in above link).
About logo link, this logo place in position 'logo', you can change logo image via template settings > Details. If you see the logo option, you will see it sets for special position, in this case it's position 'logo'. So, in case you want to change logo, just create new Custom HTML module and place your logo, and link, then set it at position 'logo'. After that, you will see two logos, just go to Template Settings and set 'Logo' option to 'None', so you can use Custom HTML module to load logo and link as you want.
I made a table , but , unfortunately, after reducing the screen doesn't fit on the smaller screen. The tables I made in html and pasted in source cod in the page builder
If you want to make responsive for table, you must to set "width" for tablet with "100%" instead for static pixel value, see my screenshot http://take.ms/8FCZX
i use a few as AS Designing templates.(without problems!)
if i use an ltheme template is it the same good support?

"PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/acenet/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/layouts/addon/css/selector.php on line 16"
We have succesfully downloaded the files, installed them and we get no more errors.
So, the issue is solved.

Thank you for your info. Glad your problem has been solved.
We have a small issue with the Adv Portfolio Pro module such as:
When we enable the Portfolio menu item we can see all the project categories in the filter tab with their respective images. That's Ok.
When we see the same module insterted at SP Page builder Home page and under the name "Our Portfolios" we see exactly the same images but 1 category(last one) is missing from the filter tab.
When we try to add a new project we see the previous category at filter tab but the image of the project is exist.
We have screensots but there is no way to send them through this area.

look at the zip-file "joomla template install package", there are both files in there, xml and php.
i buyed the license, so pls make the correct download available.

After downloaded, you just unzip package, so you can see three sub packages, includes:
1. Template document file (documentation.html), you just open this file via browser and see details instruction how to install and custom template.
2. Template Install Package: it's template package only, without sample data, you just install it via Admin > Extensions > Managers > Install.
3. Quickstart package: This package includes Joomla!, template and sample data, so you just follow this instruction to install it http://ltheme.com/how-to-install-quickstart-package-using-akeeba-kickstart/
