How I can put 2 modules on same position (as-position-35) but into 2 columns, side by side?

Try to set column size under module advanced options tab. Which extension are you trying to put there? Probably the extension will not allow you to put it in 2 columns, then it should be customized.

How to set wallpaper (static backround picture) ? Like on your demo site.
I just have a solid black background right now. I want something else.
On table "general configuration parametres" i see only possibility to change logo, no more.
Where is that option to change bacround color or image?

Our suggestion is to install this template using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings, the package installation will save days of your time. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

Please be sure you do not have any featured articles published on your home page, number of articles should be set to 0 (zero)
