Unfortunately Joomla does not have an option for updating templates, it means you have to update the template manually by replacing changed files, the list of changed files you can find in the template release log: https://www.astemplates.com/joomla-template-news/463-002092

Sorry, not quite understand your first question, please provide us with more info.
Your slider doesn't have any text title, it comes from the image.
I have a problem in my website:
https://www.arvid.fi/
There is a big "white empty space" under the home slider before the text starts. So it look like there is a "invisible" module or something. I want that teh article (text) starts immediately after the banner (home slider). You can notice this empty space using mobile phone (portret).
-> in mobile you see the button and barely the beginning of the text. Is it possible to move the text higher (maybe from php-file, what would be the row?)

It can be changed by editing css files. You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using Firefox Web Development tools
