It seems you deleted/unpublished the Featured Menu in your Joomla admin panel, in case to show an article on separate page you must to have a menu item for this article.

I want to install with quick install methode, but after i'm going to my website and put all data to coloum i can't next button, if I click next button nothing happened.

Sorry, not quite understand on which 'next' button are you clicking? Are you trying to install the package on your localhost or live server? What PHP and MySQL versions do you have?
