Having issues uploading package file in Extensions File Manger... It just won't install it. Just keeps trying. Am i suppose to unzip the zipped folders inside first, then rezip?

ok got that, did the sql import.. But i don't have those Configeration Parameters that comes with the premium. I uploaded all zip files, except the psd file. i installed Xamp and installed all extensions. I still don't see where those Parameters are.
