can I reduce the shown modules in one line at as-position-24?
For example just 4 Modules instead of the default 6?

Under the module Advanced Options tab you have to change the Bootstrap column size parameter to 3 columns instead 2.

Thank you for the fast help. Is it also possible to use this modules as an external link? So that an click wont open a contribution but an external link?

The module doesn't have such option, in your case you have to create a custom HTML module with custom link.
