Hello DOCSNYDER09,
The zipped template file may have been renamed. Here is what you will do: create a folder on your desktop called tpl_gemini. Unzip the contents of the files you downloaded and look for the one for joomla 3x. Open the zipped template and copy everything inside it to the folder you created on your desktop or any other region you have created it. With notepad editor, open the templateDetails.xml file. At the top of the templateDetails.xml file, you will find a line with the name of the template. Change the name of the template to tpl_gemini. Scroll down next to the bottom of the templateDetails.xml file and change the path of the template to the new name you have given as above. The new path will look something like /templates/tpl_gemini/../ etc. Select all the files and folders in the newly created folder and zip them using an archiving software, winra/winzip preferred and choose zip as the format. Upload your template and that should solve the missing admin panel problem in the templates.
