The update is ready. You will be able to download it within 24 hours. In the meantime, you might want to check your configuration.php file to ensure that the details in it match those in the server, like the database name, database hostname, password etc.

The text in reference is page title. To change it, open the admin section > main menu > home > display and scroll down to page heading. Change the text, or set the option to show it to "no."

It is contained in the language file. Open the template folder and then through this file hierarchy: warp>systems>joomla>language>en-GB>enGB.tpl_warp.ini. Change line 12 from "Continue Reading" to the text of your choice.
