I have version 2.5.1 of the T3 framework and then installed the vine template but I have not got the same displayed as your demo.

Hello DJNIKKID,
Please make sure that you have installed the quickstart package provided with the download files. Otherwise, if you installed the template alone or did not install the sample data, then you will have to populate your site with data first before achieving the same look as the demo site
