Joomla! Template 002038 - Item Support

Hi, I want to make the submenu drop downs for the top menu white and have a green rollover for the top layer navigation. I got the top menu to have the green rollover like I wanted but it carries over to the submenu drop down. Do you have a fix for this? I tried editing the CSS but can't figure out how to separate them.

Sorry! I gave the wrong permissions on it. Try again please!
Hello RKELLEHER,
Please delete the background-color attribute from the following class in the tmpl.header.css file:

#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.current a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.active a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.actives a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li:hover a
{
background-color: #39B24B;
display: block;
padding: 3px 8px;
}

Regards, AS Team.
Ok that removes it from the submenu but also from the top level. Can't I keep the green on just the top level? I am trying to achieve this look.

obviously without the flash or rounded corners.
Hello RKELLEHER,

Please try to add the following class:

#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.current a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.active a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.actives a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li:hover a
{
background-color:none;
}

Well, the color is good on the top level but when I put in the following it has does an odd rollover effect. Ideas? Thanks again.

#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.current a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.active a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.actives a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li:hover a
{
display: block;
padding: 3px 8px 3px 8px;
background-color: #39B24B;
}
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.current a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.active a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.actives a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li:hover a
{
background-color:#ffffff;
opacity: 80%
}

Hello RKELLEHER,
Sorry, we don't see any color changes on your site, have you added the following class in the css?

#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.current a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.active a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li.actives a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li:hover a
{
background-color:#ffffff;
opacity: 80%
}

Regards, AS Team.
Yes I did. When you go to the About page and roll over the drop down sub menu the white background appears when you mouse over. It still doesn't remove the green background.
I tried
{
background-color: none;
}
and nothing at all happened to the green on the submenu. Sorry this is so convoluted!
Hello RKELLEHER,
You background image instead background color, also please replace it with 'white' instead 'none', so it will looks like the following:

#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.current ul a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.active ul a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li.actives ul a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu li:hover ul a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li a,
#header .row1 #topmenu ul.menu ul li a:hover
{
background-color: white;
}

Thank you so much! That was driving me insane! Just to let you know though, when in the regular template settings I couldn't get the subtitle font to go to gray after I set the main menu font to white in those simple settings.
One last question, if I may, for the footer row 1 and the columns what is controlling the space in-between the rows? I wanted to set them to a specific width and tighten the space between. If I can have 10px between this should work with the width of the overall template, Right?

#footer .row1 .row1col1,
#footer .row1 .row1col2,
#footer .row1 .row1col3,
#footer .row1 .row1col4
{
float: left;
margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
min-width: 228px;
}
Hello RKELLEHER,
You have to make changes in the index.php file, please look for the:

<div class="sepleft_30"></div>

in the footer section, and in the params/params.footer.php file you have edit Footer - Row 1 Dimensions, please look for $main_sepwidth variable and replace it with your size, 25 for example.

Thanks, I'll do that tonight. I really appreciate your help. Keep up the good work! I am enjoying this template!
Thanks for that info earlier! I really appreciate it. I have a new weird issue.

I need to get the inside pages to have a white background and match the top gray arch. I know I need to have two images but how do I get it work with the inside version of the pages? I don't know if that is clear enough for a question. Check the home page versus the inside to get an idea of what I mean about the top image.
Hello RKELLEHER,
We are sorry, it should be checked, for such kind of customization you have to contact us via the 'Our Services' page and provide with more details:

Hi AS TEMPLATES,

Thanks for getting back to me! I actually figured out another way to do the header that works on both versions. I appreciate the help. Keep up the good work.

Thanks again,
RKELLEHER
Oh, I forgot the other question I had. I would like to use the Aller font with all of its weights for different header values. h1 I would like to be italic, h2 I want to be regular, h3 I want to be bold and so on. What has to go in the CSS link to include those variations of the find? I know what to put for Google fonts but not for Cufon. I need to have the link to all versions for it to even use faux bold, italic, and so on.
Hello RKELLEHER,
Sorry, that is impossible with the Cufon fonts :(

Regards, AS Team.
Oh! ;-( Rats. . . Suggestions?
Hello RKELLEHER,
The template should be customized by replacing Cufon with Google fonts, at least 3-4 hours of work.

Regards, AS Team.
