Joomla! Template 002038 - Item Support

Hi, Have installed a former version (for Joomla 2.0, I believe) of this template without the AS responsive menu. Its a beautiful template, but would like to have the responsive menu now available with the template. What is the easiest way to add this functionality?? Thanks.
We are sorry, the responsive menu will not work for Joomla 2.x, it is compatible with Joomla 3.x only.

Hello, Am trying to add additional images to my articles in your Products Overview module. Images inserted into the "images and links" work fine. When I use the JCE "Insert/Edit" image function to add additional images into the article, the image doesn't hold its size, rather it displays blown up. I've tried adding various code to the html to display image at its proper size. Probably has something to do with responsive images, but have had no trouble doing this in other responsive templates. What is the fix??? Thanks!
What is the page url where we can see the images?

Regards, AS Team.
Also, can't get e-mail system to work. Do I have to have an e-mail account with the host???
If you do not have it with your hosting you can use SMPT, here you can find more info:

Hello Again, Used the following code to insert additional images into my articles in the Products Overview:

<div class="item_img img-full img-full__left item-image"><img style="border: 1px solid #e5dcd2; margin: 10px 0px 10px 10px; float: right;" src="/images/sampledata/asimages/projects/divens_af_300.jpg" alt="" /></div>

The image size is now displaying correctly, the test image is not displaying a caption and it is not floating completely to the right. Can you please advise changes needed to the code? Thanks.
Sorry, I see what I did with float. Now just need correct caption code. Thanks.
Page url please?

Why can't the AS Slider and the top banner be seen on phone device? Can see it on ipad and such...URL:
It is disable for mobile devices, there are 2 reasons: faster loading and mobile devices do not have enough space for it.

Regards, AS Team.
Why did the old template display it?? The old template displayed fine. This doesn't work for our needs. Our client wants it. How can it be displayed???
Your demo CLEARLY shows the slider and the header will display in the phone mode. What is the fix? Mobile phones certainly have the space for it as evidenced by your demo for your responsive template, as well as the old template that we have used for years. Please advise. Thanks.
Sorry, there is no slider for mobile version on our demo preview:

The slider you can enable by removing display:none property
in the 'css/media.768.css' file in the following classes:

#slider-row #camera-slideshow {
display: none !important;

#slider-row {
display: none;
padding-bottom: 0;

How can I increase the height of the container for the header. I have inserted my header/logo image and it cuts off horizontally about half way down. Thanks!

Can you please provide us with page URL, we have to see the issue for help you.

Regards, AS Team. for header image not fitting in container. Thx!!
I would like to know how to increase the container for the header image - my image does not fit the space allowed.

Also the header does not show on cell phones at all....... I will need assistance to make sure that the header image shows on all devices.

Thanks so much!!
Sorry to be a bother, but can't seem to get the "Read More" on two of my feature articles to work (articles in postion 22). Ive checked all settings to no avail.

Please advise. Thanks so much.
We are sorry, it seems your license for our free support is expired, you can extend it from your AS account.
