Need Help I can install the premium version of this template through the extension manager but the quick install wont install any ideas

You can't install quick-start package through the extension manager, quick-start package is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, choosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place.
