I have just purchased & installed the quick start version of this template, but when prompted for Sample Data, it did not include an option for AS data - only the regular Joomla sample options.
Can you please advise?

Installation issues:
1) When I try to install the extensions package "mod_articles_news_adv", I get the following error:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/twtw4204/public_html/tmp/install_56d623531a31a/languages
Module %s: Could not copy files from the source.
2) Can you please advise what I should be doing with the "psd" folder from the installation package?

1. Thank You for noticing about this issue, we just fixed it, you can download the package from your AS account and reinstall.
Our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

2. 'psd' files includes photoshop layouts used in this template.

News Flash Linking
I have a news flash section on my home page with 4 articles in Position 6 showing Featured Services, just like your demo.
The problem I have is that I want each article to link to a category blog, rather than a single article. I have partially overcome this by adding my own title and linking it to a menu item.
However the image still links to the single article. Is there a way to set the image link to the menu item as well?

You can create a single article with custom Read More button, in any way the module will show single article image.
