The item appears in the Template Manager but when it opens all that appears is the header and footer and no Articles, Categories and Menu Items.
I can't enable a menu on mi site.

Create a custom html module and then insert your logo image just as you would do for a regular Joomla article or custom html module. Assign this custom html module you have created to module position "logo."
