Hello ITBOXCOMPL,
Please note that you'll have to activate the logo module. You my do this by creating a custom html module and assign it to the position named "logo". Then you can insert the logo image in this custom html module just as you do for articles. Also, remember to set the height and width of logo image via the html option (after toggling the editor).

Yes, it is. Just create a new module under module manager by choosing "menu" and then under the menu module admin panel options, choose the menu you'd wish to display and for the module position, assign it to "footer."
