Have you installed German langauge package in your Joomla admin panel -> System -> Control Panel -> Language Manager Panel?

i don't want to change the text in weiterlesen i want to change it in Zeit zum Handeln so it doesn't matter which language it wont solvel the Problem!

We are sorry, there is no such option in Articles Newsflash module, you have create instead Custom HTML module and use custom developed button, or you can install the German language package and edit appropriated ini file from the language folder.
