Hello WEBPOSMASTER,
Have you unzipped it before installation? If you are trying to install the quick-start installation package you have to install it like regular Joomla installation, you can't install it via Extension manager, please see the template documentation for more info:

I read this documentation before to make my installation for as002406_quickstart.
I just want to said that i use a latest Joomla! version, 3.3.1.
I TRY AGAIN TODAY BUT I BECOME A SAME MESSAGE:

Hello WEBPOSMASTER,
The quick-start installation package can't be installed via Joomla extension manager, it should be installed like regular Joomla package.
A quick-start is basically a fully functional and customized Joomla! package containing the default Joomla installation package, all modules, chosen template and plugins with all the configurations and data in one place. The sample data in the quick-start package is also personalized according to the template and is much different to the sample data found in the default Joomla package.

Ich purchased the Theme AS 002048 und installed with the QuickStart-Package.
But the ArtSlider doesn't work. I only see the circle.

I purchased a theme last year(november) but i dont use it because i was sick and want to use that now.
The only problem is i dont see any button where can i download this release.

The license grants you access to download the item/design for a period of 365 days after the date of purchase. During this period, the item/design will be upgraded regularly and your license grants you permission to download these upgrades. After your license expires, you may continue to use the templates your entitlements allow for, so the templates are not time-limited but you can't download the template anymore and receive our technical support.
