hi,
i have a big problem. Everytime when i try to install joomla with the quickstart package it is hanging after the first installation site. But when I install joomla in the standard version (from the original site of joomla), the installation works fine.
What is wrong with the quickstart package of this template? Is it possible to install the quickstart package seperately after I installed joomla in the standard version.
Please help me cause i`ve already paid for this template.

The quick-start package has a lot of data and as result it needs more execution time, we think your server is a little bit slow and needs more time, in your case you have increase the time by editing php.ini file the following parameter: max_execution_time = 30, just set it to 300.

Thanks for the infos but i cannot find the php.ini file. And i don´t think that the problem is because of server slowdowns because it still doesn´t work from localhost.

It happens with most of our clients and in 99.9% because of max_execution_time parameter. Regarding the php.ini file please contact your hosting provider and ask how you can update it.

the problem is still existing. Can i install or copy the quickinstalltion after the normal installatiob process of joomla?

Sorry, the quick-start package can't be installed over the existing Joomla, it should be OK if you will increase the time.

teh execution time is increased and still doesn't work. So i decided to rebuild the site like in the demo preview manually. On which page I can see a detailed description about the content of the modules? I´m sure it was on your page. Do you removed the site?
