I bought this template in March 2014, and i do not used it until now.
Is it possible that I can use it now without renew the license?

The license grants you access to download the item/design for a period of 365 days after the date of purchase. During this period, the item/design will be upgraded regularly and your license grants you permission to download these upgrades. After your license expires, you may continue to use the templates your entitlements allow for, so the templates are NOT TIME_LIMITED.

My Problem is, that i never used this template on a Homepage. And lost my Files from this template. is it possible to get the old Files, which i bought 2014?

The template has long since been updated and the older files are no longer available. Since you already purchased the template once before, I believe you qualify for license renewal discount.

I Installed this template.
But when i add a new Site, I always get an error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in /kunden/westgem.com/safe-project/plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla25/html/bootstrap.php on line 48
do you know that error that i can solve it?
