Maybe you have installed some extension which conflicts with the slider?
Probably that is a reason why we can't reproduce the problem on our side. We are using this slider almost on all of our templates and nobody noticed about this problem.

Hello,
It seems that I wont be able to use the site that I install using the quick start package. Now the menu drop-down in not working and the slider suddenly stop showing after updating to Joomla 3.3 (I turned on error reporting to max and page load without errors.

I have another test site in a sub-dir using the same template, here is the link http://riovistawellnesscenter.com/rio/
(this template was manually installed) Joomla Version 3.2
Here the slider is working just fine, however I added 4 feature modules and only 3 are showing up, also they are displaying vertically (one on top of the other)
I'm willing to pay to get this working as soon is possible. just let me know how much.

Have some news,
I just uninstall and install the slider again and is showing up also the links are working, GREAT!
By default the module display 3 articles, and I have 5, so I went to change the module settings to display 5, and now the links stop working.
The drop menu is working as well, however is not working on category blog view see here( http://riovistawellnesscenter.com/services.html )
I'm loosing my mind

Hello, Thank you for the quick reply. The issue has been resolved it was the Gzip Compression that was causing it.
Just a quick question. How can I add a favicon to theme? I added a favicon to the template folder but the browser does load it. Do I have to add a line of script on index.php?

Hello NECKMAN,
Don't need to add any additional lines, try to check the favicon on another PC where you have not open your site yet, we think your browser still has the old in the cache, you can find a lot of info about this problem and how to resolve it in Google.

Hello NECKMAN,
In your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Social Menu, for each menu item you have to change Add Menu Title under Link Type tab to 'NO'.

It is because you deleted blank.gif image, it shows alting instead the image, the lik image we changed for Facebook menu item only, please do it for all others.

ON the iPad air 2 my site is not displaying right, the circles are been replaced with the social media icons on the header and some images on the left sidebar are also been replaced by other images in the site. IT IS VERY WEIRD
I purchase this template on April 2014, and I would to upgrade it.
How do I do that?
