How do I add a contact form to my Contact us page? The page is an article. When I used the built-in contact and add it to the main menu, the form would not display. Only the contact details did.
I would like to have a form like the one in your demo page. Please help me set it up.

Have you installed this template using quick-start installation package? If not, our suggestion is to install it using quick-start installation package, after installing the package your site will look exact like our demo preview page and it will be easy for you to make changes in the content, preview all parameters and settings. The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.

You can do it by editing the language file en-GB.tpl_as002059.ini or any other depends on the language you have on your site, as well you can do it by overriding TPL_COM_CONTENT_GALLERY_FILTER_SHOW_ALL constant in your Joomla admin panel -> Language manager -> Overrides page.
