It means you put some wrong data, it maybe you localhost name, database name or password, you have to contact your hosting provider and ask for the info. Sorry, we can't help you in this case.

Is there a way to change the menu button on the mobile, currently it uses the drop down navigation button. Is it possible to change to a similar menu as it is on the desktop.

Sorry, not quite understand your question, do you mean the template sample data? If so, to make your website looks exactly like our demo preview you have to install it using quick-start installation package.
The package should be installed like regular Joomla installation, here you can find some more info:

I have had the template installed for 2 years and everything was working, so I don't need help installing, I would like to know why everything stopped working when a Joomla update became available, should I not update Joomla anymore? Also, I noticed that my license had expired, could that be the reason, and if so, could you please notify when these things expire, because I was not aware, and now I have to rebuild my site from the beginning.
