As ArtSlider show images from Content -> Article Manager -> Slider category. You can add additional article there.

1. The 'Welcome' heading you can change by editing Page Heading parameter in your Joomla admin panel -> Menus -> Main Menu -> Home menu item -> Page Display page.
2. Please position 31, module 'Note':
