Another question: How could i center logo? Do i need to edit a file or there's some parameter to change on template settings?
Something went wrong when i installed the template and i can't see settings labels properly.

I have it already installed and i have already changed the logo. I also have joomla already installed so i don't need the quickstart.
The url is pantagruel.com.py/portal/
I have some experience on joomla and template fidling, just don't want to be poklng and reading all the code to find where to do it.

The quick-start package is actually the template documentation. If by some reason you can't install it on your live server you can install on some demo server or demo folder and then preview all settings.
The template style doesn't have an option to put the logo in the center, the logo in this template is aligned to the right, here you can see the demo: http://demo.astemplates.com/joomla-templates/002062/index.php/home-style-1/home-style-2
We checked your site source code, you did not set properly size for the menu and logo, the menu size should be set to 8 columns and logo to 4 columns, the option you can find under menu module advanced options, for the logo please see template parameters.

I'm sorry, i don't understand.
Bootstrap size does not change menu width or anything at all as far as i could see and you send me something I can already see by just watching the installed template on joomla. Also it does not explain anywhere what bootstrap size does or how to use it.

I have just bought this template and it really does not suit my needs, so i would like a reimbursment if possible.
I'm investigating now 002034 which seems more adequeate to my needs.
In case i decide to keep this one could it be possible to credit the current payment to this one instead of reimbursment?

Well, i bought because i was told that you don't provide support for free stuff, but then i ask for support and you don't give it either. Just an answer that answers NOTHING that can't be found in the template itself.
Now to avoid making you trouble i asked to change the payment for another template. You can take the download link if you want, i'm not using the bought template because it turned out to be useless without the promised support.
And i'm still in need for a proper answer about what i have bought.
