Hi. I bought a template "AS Template 002062 - Premium Version for Joomla! 3.x". but I need to change the menu color, because It's red, I need to change blue or another color.

You can do it by editing 'templates/as002062/css/ext.asmenu.css' file, look for #ff2200 color and change with yours.
You can easy determinate the file which should be changed and the css class by installing and using DevTools or Fireblug plugin:
