I tried to install the Quickstart for Medical template, but it's stucked on the second step, creating database tables.
I had read and tried the above comments, configure my php.ini with 3000 as the value of max_execution_time, change the joomla.sql replacing #__ with jos_ ... but nothing works for me. All the requirements are on green so i shouldn't have any problem, but...

The execution time sometimes runs out due to the large size of the database. In some servers, the quickstart works just fine. But in some, it did not. If all the steps above failed for you, then I would recommend that you do a clean Joomla installation and then provide me with the admin details I set up the site for you just like the demo. You may email me the login details to the email address provided in the template user manual.
There seemed to be a bug contained in Joomla 3x. This problem never occurred with Joomla2.5 or 1.5. I am also waiting for the latest version of Joomla, that is Joomla 3.3, to be released and then creating a new quickstart package.

I can't install the quickstart package. I tried to rise up de max_execution_time, even change the database motor between MyIsam and InnoDB, but nothing works.
I don´t mind to send you the admin access to put my web like demo shows
