I bought this template last, I made the IInstalling of quickstart, at the end of the installation tells me: "The template for this display is not available. Please contact a Site administrator".
I noticed that the template is not present in the administration but in the ftp folder template is present.
What should I do

Hello CIRCLE10,
First of all, please make sure that you are installing the latest version of the quickstart package. Second, when installing sample data, please choose "Default English Sample Data."

two things:
I installed the version that was present in the quickstart downlod I downloaded
I have to redo the installation, administration or I can, I can change the selection of the sample data, I do not want to redo the whole installation again

There is actually no other way around this. I would recommend you redo the installation. The other way is to start managing your data afresh.
