when the mouse pointer go over mian menu items, or over an article's intro image - that image is scaled. Where can I manage the scaling factor? If it possible... Default value is a little bit big for me..

just move the mouse to any main menu picture (home, services, about, etc).
Also, if you click main menu item "Blog" - you'll see three article's intro. Move the mouse to any article's image.
In both cases the image pointed by the mouse will be zoomed.
