My problem is in multilingual from En to Arabic or LTR and RTL it works but text, titles, logo,and menu bar direction still in one side when transferred from one language to another and another problem toolbar -r and -l not appear in mobile version

Hello MOATAZSH,
If your site is online, kindly provide the link I take a look. As for the toolbar -r and -l, they have been hidden in smaller screen resolution. You can have them displayed by editing theme.php file found in the layouts folder of the template. Delete the class "uk-hidden-small" that is found in the code on line 30 of theme.php assuming that you have not edited this file before.
