We replaced Joomla baseurl request in the index.php with (line 144): $_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME'];

But now "index.php" appears in the url ($_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']) although i have enabled URL-Rewrite.
Is it possible, that this also will be resolved when next Joomla version comes?
Now i saw this:

and replaced your $_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']; baseurl to ...baseurl.'/' - now it runs without "index.php" in the url...

I saw your temporary solution, but this is not OK for the future.
Will there be a permanent fix for the problem? When will it be? Or is it a bug of Joomla 3.5.1 an will be fixed through a Joomla update?
I have to use the template for the next years...
