I ordered this template (extended license), installed the quick start package for two domains.
I modified my webpages, everything seemed to worked fine but one day out of the blue a problem has occured with the folowing error message:
Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Table 'urnaartcom.t8q10_session' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `session_id` FROM `t8q10_session` WHERE `session_id` = 's8bj0em1f49h6ld3rbhsuq8gk3' LIMIT 0, 1
This message appears when I click on my website or its administrator page.
I don't know what to do. I talked to my host and they said they have nothing to do with this.
What is really wired for me is that the database files of these two webpages are totally empty, 0 B.
My other webpages and database files work absolutely fine.
I sincerely hope you will give this matter immediate attention and find out what happened. I would extremly appreaciate your help.
I am deeply disappointed. I wrote an e-mail in the support page but only after several days I got an answer that I should write here instead of the 24 working-hour support.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
