Is it possible to deactivate the sign before every headline?

In case to remove it you have to edit css files.
For example, in the template.css file please find the heading css and make changes as shown below:
I need the module position for the AS002022. The link to the positions works, but there is no picture with the positions. Can i download the positions anywhere?
