Bonjour, j'ai effectué la dernier mise à jour Joomla depuis le site est down, il ne fonctionne plus. Akeeba backup ne s'installe pas suite à un problème de compatibilité avec la dernière version de joomla. pourriez-vous apporter un correctif s'il vous plait ?

Hello,
On 5th November, i contact your for an issue i met with a template i bought from you. I met an error message when i update my website to Joomla 4. I bought template 002098.
Your answer was you didn't find anything in my account. I still got the bill, so please go take a look deeper and please gve me some help on this error
