I installed this template with quickstart several times, but I can't access to back-end ( admin panel), after typing admin and password nothing happens.
The admin user and password are ok.
I'm experienced Joomla user. How to solve this problem?
Front-end works properly.

You can reset the password directly via phpmyadmin. If you have access to the database tables, change directly under _users table.

I did it as you said before. Nothing happens as I said, There is no information that password or login are wrong. Is there any other way?

Might be due to various factors like one of the extension in the admin section preventing login, your browser cache among others. If your website is online, please provide login details via the email provided in the template user manual I also try to login.
